1. Products & Availability
EggNest Farms supplies fresh eggs, chicken, turkey and selected poultry products.
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, quantities and prices are accurate. As our products are agricultural and food products, slight variations in size, colour, weight or appearance may occur.
2. Pricing & Orders
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. EggNest Farms reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
3. Payment
EggNest Farms accepts the following payment methods:

EFT / Bank Transfer – Full payment is required before an order is processed and dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – A 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm and process the order. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon delivery.
Proof of payment may be requested. Payments made from another bank may take longer to reflect unless an immediate payment option is used.
4. Delivery
EggNest Farms offers free nationwide delivery to eligible addresses within South Africa.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact details. Delivery times depend on product availability, location, payment clearance and logistics schedules.
As we supply perishable products, customers or an authorised recipient must be available to receive the order.
5. Collections & Farm Visits
Collections and farm visits are strictly by prior appointment.
Please do not travel to our facility without confirmation. Customers with confirmed collections will receive the necessary collection details and instructions.
6. Fresh & Perishable Products
Fresh eggs, chicken and turkey are perishable products and must be appropriately stored and handled after delivery.
Customers should inspect their order upon receipt and contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, incorrect, spoiled or otherwise defective. Photographs and order information may be requested when assessing a claim.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, change-of-mind returns may be restricted where permitted by law.
This does not affect customers’ rights regarding defective, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly supplied products under applicable South African consumer law.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders already prepared, packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation where permitted by law.
8. Bulk Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders may be subject to different pricing, minimum quantities and delivery arrangements. Any additional conditions will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
9. Privacy & Website Use
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data-protection requirements.
EggNest Farms branding, logos and original website content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Farm visits and collections are strictly by appointment.
