Returns & Refund Policy
At EggNest Farms, customer satisfaction and product quality are important to us. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
Perishable Products
Fresh eggs, chicken and turkey are perishable food products.
For food-safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on correctly supplied perishable products once they have been delivered.
This does not affect your rights where products are defective, damaged, spoiled, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, spoiled or incorrect, please contact EggNest Farms within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the affected product
Clear photographs of the packaging where applicable
This information allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim has been assessed and approved, we may offer an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for an approved refund to reflect, depending on your bank or financial institution.
Return Costs
Where EggNest Farms confirms that an incorrect, damaged or defective product was supplied and a physical return is required, EggNest Farms will arrange the return or cover the reasonable return cost.
Customers should not return perishable products without first contacting us and receiving instructions.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Orders that have not yet entered preparation or dispatch may be cancelled where possible.
Once a perishable order has been prepared, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights available to customers under applicable South African consumer law.
